Warehouse Operative Night Shift

We are recruiting for warehouse team members on nights based in Howden.

Working hours are 17:00-03:30 or 18:00-03:30 on Saturdays.

The role involves picking and allocating bakery products manually, a physical role involving manual handling lifting trays of bread and will include a fair amount of walking.

The role is adhoc, shifts will be as required but when required they will include weekends.

For the right candidate there will be the opportunity for a full time role as and when that became available.

• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG
• Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy
• Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
• Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety
• Adapts well to change and can undertake a variety of activities across our operation
• Have a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team, leading by example
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making capability
• Understands the importance of team-work and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site
• Knowledge of IT systems and computers

You will be paid weekly for hours worked the week before.

Pay rate £12.21 per hour.
