What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Register and qualify applicants
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and sales to completion
- Generate new business and help grow market share
- Deliver a first-class customer experience
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales / estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Smart, articulate, punctual, and reliable
- Knowledge of the Worthing/local market (advantageous)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent spoken and written English
