About the Role:
You’ll support a portfolio of commercial clients, working closely with Account Executives to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The role involves managing renewals, providing excellent service, and ensuring documentation and compliance processes are met to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client renewals and adjustments
Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms
Maintain accurate records using Acturis
Manage client queries professionally and promptly
Issue documentation in line with FCA & contract certainty standards
Support new business and identify cross-sell opportunities
We're Looking For Someone with:
Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial insurance broking dealing with commercial risks
Property Owners, Motor Trade, Tradesman, SME Package Business, Commercial Combined, Combined Liability, Contractors All Risk Covers
Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance markets
Proficiency with Acturis
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service abilities
Understanding of GDPR and CII ethical guidelines
Progress with Cert CII (desirable)
