The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree
- Minimum 6 months sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Financially motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Extracurricular or sporting achievements
