Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to ensure the financial health and regulatory compliance of their organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

As their new Finance Manager your remit is a broad one with a variety of accountancy and finance tasks including:

• Producing financial reports.
• Managing the balance sheet.
• Driving improvements in finance processes and systems.
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Providing operational oversight of treasury and banking systems.
• Supporting year-end audits and managing central finance functions.
• Partnering with business units to deliver data-driven insights.
• Leading a small finance team.

What we’re looking for:

• CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance function.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS ideally.
• Proven experience producing full management accounts.
• Background in high-transaction, high volume business environments.
• Excellent reconciliation and variance analysis skills.
• Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• A team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
