A highly successful York based legal practice has a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Fee Earner to join its friendly team. Our client is a forward-thinking practice with a great reputation. As a Fee Earner, you will join a supportive team with a high-quality case load.

Daily Duties

  • Handling caseloads including contracts of employment, unfair dismissal claims and employment tribunals
  • Assisting on more complex matters
  • Client care
  • Attending marketing and business development events
  • Delegating to a Legal Assistant.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in Employment Law is essential
  • Ideally qualified solicitor or ILEX.
